Spinodal Decomposition in Plastically Deformed Fe–Cr–Co Magnet Alloy

Fe–Cr–Co alloys are becoming important as half-hard magnet which can be subjected to plastic deformation process for their novel applications including non-contact electromagnetic brake because of its large hysteresis loss. Its magnetic hardness depends on the modulated structure formed by spinodal decomposition. It is clarify effect decomposition optimizing heat treatment after process. In present study, we examined spinodal-decomposed structures in sheets cold-rolled 25% reduction and that without rolling influences cold rolling. Also, under presence dislocation have been simulated phase field method case with cell boundary a high in-plane solute diffusivity at various migrating speed. has found accelerated around owing elastic higher diffusivity, results inhomogeneous microstructure wave length modulation. The existence enhances initiation growth particles. decomposed greatly speed boundary.
